Shipping: Our goal is to ship every order within 2-3 business days. We will make every attempt to meet that goal, but Concord Distribution
is not liable for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances, weather or natural disaster, carrier demand or disputes, domestic/international customs or embargos, or seasonal shipping demand. Special or custom orders may require additional lead time.
All domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority. No International Shipping.
Return & Refund Policy
All products may be returned within 7 Business Days from Invoice date. All customers will responsible for any returned shipping charges. All returned merchandise must be returned in new, resalable condition and include all original packing materials, instructions, and accessories. We will not issue partial display credits. Any used, incomplete, or defective merchandise will not be credited.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
